The
principle:
Nondetachable
and
safely
anchored
The BKU system consists of the standardised material
PVC
hard.
The
lining
profiles
have
a
width
of
314mm
and
can
be
produced
in
any
required
length.
They
are
connected
using
clip
rails
with
an
in-built
elastomer
sealing
profile.
Drop-shaped
webs
are
fixed
to
the
back
of
the
profiles
which
solidly
anchor
into
the
building
component
already
during
concreting.
Detaching
from
the
concrete
is
thus
excluded
even
in
case
of
high
external
water
pressures.
PVC
hard.
Proven
"reinforced"
material
properties.
As required by the Institute for Building Engineering
in
Berlin
for
linings.
PVC
hard
is
impervious
to
concrete-attacking
substances
and
highly
resistant
to
foreseeable
actions,
e.g.
mechanical,
thermal,
and
chemical
actions.
High
abrasion
resistance
The high abrasion resistance can be seen from
the
fact
that
a
still
sufficient
wall
thickness
is
given
even
after
1
million
loadings
-
this
corresponds
to
a
lifetime
of
100
years.
Areas
of
application
The
BKU
system
is
used
for:
- Concrete
pipes
DIN
4032
-
Reinforced
concrete
pipes
DIN
4035
(for
open
and
closed
construction)
-
Egg-shaped
sections
-
Reinforced
concrete
frames
-
Ground
slabs
(as
shells
or
egg-shaped
sections
for
dry
weather
flow
for
steel
pipes)
